“Start with one step, just one…and then take the next one and keep going that way.”

–Anne Lamott

Sometimes when the things that matter most to you disappear, it’s hard to see if there ever will be light at the end of the tunnel. I am here to help you take that first step. Step one to two to three and beyond, we all must start somewhere.

Personal Background

Patrick graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy at The University of Melbourne after completing a Bachelor of Science (Honours) during which he worked with orthopedic surgeons completing research
focusing on the shoulder.

Patrick has been involved in high-level sports throughout his life ranging from martial arts to AFL Football and Olympic Weightlifting, and remains very active in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and resistance-based strength training.

Patrick's Passion

Patrick’s passion for physiotherapy is getting people back into the things they love, pain-free. His treatment philosophy is to identify the individualized needs of each patient and support them through their challenges, working as a team.

His experience within sports has allowed insight into the requirements and many challenges of athletes and drives a passion for the importance of guidance and appropriate preparation within this population. He believes strongly in strength and conditioning training and is able to help guide this process.

For the self-proclaimed “non-athletes”, Patrick equally enjoys working with these individuals to help them live and thrive within an active lifestyle. He hopes to use his own passion and experience with strength training and living an active lifestyle, to get people to, and beyond their best.

Overall, Patrick is committed to working hard to help get you back on track and see you achieve and exceed your goals.
