Audrey began her Physiotherapy career working in a private practice in Tecoma before joining the SSPC team in 2013.

Audrey's Passion

Since graduating, Audrey has gained a strong interest in treating acute and chronic spinal pain utilising both manual therapy and exercise-based treatments, specifically Clinical Pilates. This focus has led her to complete a Postgraduate Certificate of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, McKenzie’s A and B Spinal Courses as well as DMA and APPI Clinical Pilates training.

In addition, Audrey enjoys working with a wide variety of clients in both 1:1 and group Clinical Pilates sessions. Audrey prides herself on ensuring each client receives a program that is individualised to their injury, goals, and motivations, and that, most importantly, is enjoyable.

Outside of the clinic, Audrey is kept busy with her family including two young children and regularly practices what she preaches by attending weekly Pilates classes and social hits on the squash court.
